Our Journey
Train Help, formerly known as irctchelp.in, embarked on its journey in 2009, driven by an IT engineer’s vision to provide the latest Indian Railway information at your fingertips. My name is Thomas, a frequent traveler crisscrossing the diverse states of India by train, who realized the challenge of finding up-to-date rail information. Often, I found myself scouring the internet in vain, unable to access the information I needed. Navigating the official websites of different rail zones proved to be a daunting task. In some cases, I even had to undertake long journeys to the nearest railway station, enduring endless queues for inquiries.
At that time, I was already managing a popular blog called ‘Navision Planet,’ dedicated to ERP technology. With the unwavering support of my friends, I embarked on this new venture, and our efforts bore fruit as it rapidly evolved into one of the leading Indian Railway blogs.
