Vasai – Diva- Panvel suburban section is important considering the increase in population in the north of Mumbai. Railway board has declared the 63 km ✅ Vasai – Diva – Panvel rail line a suburban section, paving the way for its infrastructure upgrade, better amenities and running local trains along the route.
Diva – Vasai Road Suburban Train Time Table
- The line is a crucial east – west rail link in the Mumbai MetroPolitan Region (MMR).
- Suburban ticketing structure will be applicable in the section.
- Commuters can get return tickets, tourist tickets and other type of suburban tickets.

Diva-Pen-Diva Section : Restoration of MEMU Special services : w.e.f 05.07.2022
Central Railway announced that CR will restore the MEMU special services on Diva-Pen-Diva section 5 Days a week (Except Saturday and Sunday) with effect from 05.07.2022 as per details given below:
- 01359 special will leave Diva at 09.40 hrs and will arrive Pen at 11.15 hrs
- 01360 special will leave Pen at 06.45 hrs and will arrive Diva at 08.30 hrs
- 01361 special will leave Diva at 19.50 hrs and will arrive Pen at 21.20 hrs
- 01362 special will leave Pen at 18.05 hrs and will arrive Diva at 19.40 hrs
- Halts: Dativli, Nilje, Taloje Panchnand, Navade Raod, Kalamboli, Panvel, Somatne, Rasayani, Apta, Jite and Hamrapur
- Composition: 12-car MEMU

MEMU services introduced by Central Railway on Vasai Road-Diva-Panvel-Pen section. The inaugural service from Pen to Panvel on 11.11.2018 (open timing during inaugural function). Regular services on this section started from 12.11.2018 (Monday).
