MUMBAI MEGA BLOCK: CENTRAL LINE, HARBOUR LINE, TRANS HARBOUR LINE, URAN LINE, and WESTERN LINE: May 05, 2024
Central Railway and Western Railway will conduct Mumbai Mega Block and Jumbo Block on most of the Sundays for the maintenance works of rail racks and other related works under both the Railway zones.
Central Railway’s Train Block is called ✅ Mega Block and Western Railway’s Train Block is called ✅ Jumbo Block.

CENTRAL LINE
Thane – Kalyan Up and Down Slow Lines (11.00 am – 04.00 pm)

- First local after block for Badlapur : The train will depart from CSMT at 15.05 hrs.
- Up Slow Line
- Last local before block for CSMT : The train will depart from Kalyan at 10.25 hrs.

- Special services will run between Panvel and Kurla (Platform No.8) during the block period.
- Harbour line passengers are permitted to travel via Main line and Western Railway from 10.00 am to 06.00 pm.

Vasai Road Yard Up and Down Diwa Lines (00:15 am – 3:15 am )
- Western Railway announced that a 3 hour jumbo block will be conducted on Saturday/Sunday, 27/28 April 2024 at Vasai Road Yard from 00:15 AM to 3:15 AM on Up and Down Diwa Lines for maintenance of railway track, signal system and overhead equipment.
The maintenance mega block / jumbo block is essential for infrastructure upkeep and safety. Passengers are requested to bear with the Railway Administration for the inconvenience caused.
