Quick and Easy Unreserved Tickets at CSMT with M-UTS Sahayak and ATVM

Central Railway has taken an important step to promote digital ticketing and improve passenger convenience by launching the M-UTS (Mobile Unreserved Ticketing System) Sahayak Scheme on 31.10.2025 at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, Mumbai.
Under this scheme, a modern and technology-based system has been introduced for issuing unreserved tickets. Trained M-UTS Sahayaks, using mobile phones and Bluetooth-enabled printers, issue unreserved tickets near booking counters and in passenger circulation areas. This facility makes ticket booking easier and more accessible for passengers. It also helps reduce long queues at ticket counters, speeds up the ticketing process, and improves passenger satisfaction, especially during peak travel hours.
With effect from 01.11.2025, three M-UTS Sahayaks have been deployed at CSMT.
