Lonavala : Traffic And Power Block Upto 10.12.2025

Special Traffic and Power Blocks for Pre Non-Interlocking(NI) and Non-Interlocking works at Lonavala – BVT yard for extension of R&D Up & Down lines and o­ne additional line in UP yard in Post NI Block o­n 08.12.2025 and 10.12.2025. Running of Mail and Express trains and Pune – Lonavala Suburban trains affected o­n 07.12.2025, 08.12.2025 and 10.12.2025

Central Railway’s Mumbai Division will operate a Special Traffic and Power Block for Pre-Non-Interlocking (NI) and Non-Interlocking works at the Lonavala–BVT yard. These works are related to yard remodelling, extension of the 3R and 3D lines in the Down direction, extension of the 5R and 5D lines, and the provision of an additional line in the Lonavala–BVT Up yard on the Kalyan–Lonavala section. The Pre-NI and NI blocks will be carried out on 07.12.2025, followed by Post-NI blocks on 08.12.2025 and 10.12.2025. Details of blocks and repercussions o­n train running o­n 07.12.2025:

• Diversion of Trains
  • Following Trains, Journey Commencing o­n 06.12.2025 will be diverted 
    • Train no 12164 Chennai – LTT Express will be diverted via Daund-Ahilyanagar-Manmad-Igatpuri-Kalyan and halt will be provided at these stations.
    • Train no 16332 Thiruvananthapuram – CSMT Express will be diverted via Ernakulam-Shoranur-Mangaluru Jn-Madgaon-Roha-Panvel and halt will be provided at these stations.
    • Following Trains, Journey Commencing o­n 07.12.2025 will be diverted 
    • Train no 12493 Miraj-Hazrat Nizamuddin Darshan Express will be diverted via Miraj-Kurduwadi-Daund-Manmad-Jalgaon-Nandurbar-Surat and halt will be provided at these stations.
    • Train no 17222 LTT-Kakinada Port Express will be diverted via Kalyan-Igatpuri-Manmad-Ahilyanagar and halt will be provided at Kasara, Igatpuri, Manmad and Ahilyanagar stations.
    • Train no 22159 CSMT-Chennai Express will be diverted via Kalyan- Igatpuri-Manmad-Ahilyanagar. Halt will be provided at Kasara, Igatpuri, Mamnad, Ahilyanagar and Daund stations.

    • Train no 11302 Bengaluru-CSMT Express in Pune Division for 45 mins.
